A 1 Checkmate Wildlife Removal & Prevention.

Recently moved to a newer home, which had birds remnants all over the windows...heard chirping for a few weeks which then stopped....called the animal master Louis as I was impressed prior when he removed raccoons from my house....as I figured I had a hole between the roof and brick where some were staying...Next spring they will not be able to get back in, and all the twigs and garbage was removed...Thank you again Louis for taking care of business with professionalism, always taking your time doing a thorough job. I had hired a another company for help with the squirrel removal. They did not guarantee their work and their work did not remove the squirrels. Louis came and fixed and added to the work that had been done previously. He is pleasant to work with, we haven't heard scurrying in the ceiling lately so we are happy. Thank you so much!

Since we live in a wooded area we’re used to share our property with wildlife and we don’t mind. Even skunks are welcome... FOR A VISIT. However, we found out recently that one of them had decided to make herself at home under our shed.

We figured a close encounter of the smelly kind wouldn’t be that pleasant so I contacted A-1 Checkmate Wildlife Removal & Prevention for help. My main concern was to make sure mom and her babies (if there were any) would be treated humanely and relocated safely. I was convinced Louis was the right man for the job based on the business reputation and comments from previous clients.

Louis didn’t take long to get back to me. In our case, the nest was empty (too bad for me, I would have loved to see tiny Pepe Le Pew) but Louis had to cut the shed floor to locate it. Once we were sure there was nobody home, he fixed the floor and secured the bottom of the shed all around (definitely no more tenants under there). When he was done, the place looked as if no work had been done. Obviously, Louis takes pride in his work and he’s very nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

Raccoon had taken up residence in our garage. A1 Checkmate was quick to respond and was able to come to our house the next day. Their practices are very humane and helped me to feel more confident in the removal. I debated removing the raccoon myself but was very thankful I called A1. Well worth the cost. They even put up metal mesh on quite an extensive area to prevent the raccoon from gaining future access. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

We called Louis and he was very quick at responding and coming onsite. From the time we met his attitude, professionalism, kindness and ability were awesome! He was able to remove 3 baby squirrels and their mama - alive - and help them find their new home. There was little damage to the building and his work to patch/seal walls and openings was well done. Prices are reasonable and we would recommend Louis again and again for his service.
