Ductless air conditioning

We used this company to remove our AC wires before new roof shingles were installed and then to re-install the AC wires after the roofing job was complete.

After re-installation, we were left without a functioning AC for the entire Summer. Calls and e-mails were not returned except for one call.
A promise was made that the correct part to fix the issue was ordered, only to be told after a long wait that it was the wrong part and that the correct part would be ordered. We never heard back since then and had to hire another company to do the job properly.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,400.00
