City Air Conditioning And Heating

I was not an existing customer or City Air but when I couldn't reach my original installers I called them. To my delight they were ready to come out on the weekend and deal with my customeized climate control systems (for my studio). I had to cancel because of a medicald emergency and we bumped it to the next day. One of the City Air team showed up by noon, quickly determined the problem and completely solved things (which began with a poor original installation). They were a pleasure to deal with, always reachable by phone (or I really would get a callback within their stated 15 minutes). I have now made City Air my
go-to HVAC guys for any problem.

Sylvio called an hour before he came. This was about 2 hours after I contacted the company by phone.
He checked the thermostat, which we thought might be the problem.
He changed the flame sensor, cleaned things out, and gave some recommendations, and was done in about an hour.

I.m happy with the service.

After the demolition phase of our project in our 100+ year-old home, we realized we needed new ductwork to connect rooms on the second floor. Sunny offered a creative solution at a reasonable price and completed the work in a timely manner. Sunny’s experience and knowledge helped us move past an unplanned phase of our project. He was a pro and did everything he explained he would do. Thanks again, Sunny!

We moved in to a 4 year old reno and our 4 year old AC stopped working. We called Sunny, he was polite and promptly sent a tech out as it was one of the hottest weeks. Several parts were replaced over a few visits but still no functioning AC.
Sunny then personally came out and spent several hours over several days diagnosing and fixing our AC.
He replaced all of the components and I am sure he incurred unrecouped costs from the manufacturer's warranty.
He did not charge us. In fact he refunded monies paid after his technician's visit.
He is a man of INTEGRITY. He stands behind his work and word. He is honest and dependable . I highly recommend Sunny and City Air

When we bought our house 16 years ago, Sunny's company sticker was on the old boiler furnace. We called him and he serviced it well till 6 years ago when he 30 year old furnace died. He installed a new high efficiency boiler and we were saving a ton on our heating bills. After 3 years the aluminum boiler started to leak, The manufacturer gave us a hard time but Sunny went to bat for us and got it replaced, incurring a lot of unrecouped costs he did not charge us for. We now have the new replacement and it works great. Sunny is honest, dependable, trustworthy and stands behind his work and his word. You could not ask for more from a contractor. I highly recommend Sunny and City Air. You wont be disappointed!! ( and he is not a friend or a relative)

My wife and I bought this newly renovated home. The new tankless boiler broke soon after moving in.
