We moved in to a 4 year old reno and our 4 year old AC stopped working. We called Sunny, he was polite and promptly sent a tech out as it was one of the hottest weeks. Several parts were replaced over a few visits but still no functioning AC. Sunny then personally came out and spent several hours over several days diagnosing and fixing our AC. He replaced all of the components and I am sure he incurred unrecouped costs from the manufacturer's warranty. He did not charge us. In fact he refunded monies paid after his technician's visit. He is a man of INTEGRITY. He stands behind his work and word. He is honest and dependable . I highly recommend Sunny and City Air
