We recently had a terrible experience with Creative Doors Company. Three technicians were sent to install a gate for our plant entrance, but they failed miserably. They brought the wrong equipment, installed it incorrectly, and couldn't even wire it properly. To make matters worse, they fried two control boards and still charged us for the non-functional gate. We had to fix the wiring and replace the control boards ourselves, at our own expense. Unprofessional and incompetent service. Would not recommend.

I called about a broken spring on my garage door and they were there the very next day. The person who fixed it was the same person who had originally put in the new motor. I appreciate the fact they have long standing service people. The staff on the phone are extremely polite and I would highly recommend this company when dealing with garage doors.

I was having trouble with my garage door opening. It made screeching noises and i couldn't figure out the source of the problem. I call Creative Door Services and they had someone come out in a timely manner and he spotted the problem and repaired it quickly and gave me some advise going forward. It took less then one hour to find and fix the problem.

Our garage door stuck open on a cold day. Creative Door came and fixed it promptly - which was a good thing because our garage is full of junk (which I still regard as "...may be of use some day...")

The tech who came out to help us was polite, obviously experienced and skillful, and worked very quickly, which saved us on labor costs.

Net price was less than the estimate! As a couple of seniors, we were very pleased.

We had our garage door re oiled and fixed! It wasnt opening smoothly! The keypad was broken and was replaced, plus the moulding around garage door was also replaced!

Her exceptional service have gave me a seamless experience on replacing the bottom panel. She followed through and made sure that I get an update with regards to the timeline she promised. The panel was replaced and it's like new again
