We recently had a terrible experience with Creative Doors Company. Three technicians were sent to install a gate for our plant entrance, but they failed miserably. They brought the wrong equipment, installed it incorrectly, and couldn't even wire it properly. To make matters worse, they fried two control boards and still charged us for the non-functional gate. We had to fix the wiring and replace the control boards ourselves, at our own expense. Unprofessional and incompetent service. Would not recommend.
