Warren conducted a home inspection on our behalf. He was recommended to us by a friend and I see why. I don't usually leave reviews online, but I felt the standard of service he provided warranted being mentioned. First of all Warren was flexible in accommodating the time of the inspection. He was prompt, but above all he was encouraging of us to conduct the home inspection along with him. This not only allowed us to gain a first-hand understanding of any potential issues, but it also gave us the opportunity to pick his brains and ask questions related to the particular issue. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I'm glad we used his services and I would highly recommend him to others

Warren Nikkel inspected our new home during the purchase stage in December 2013. He was very thorough and gave us detailed notes in a binder for us to keep. Unlike some other inspectors, Warren welcomed and even encouraged us to accompany him throughout the inspection and he verbally explained everything he checked. This allowed us to ask questions and get answers on the spot. His explanations were easy to understand and we felt that we had a good sense of any issues we may be facing. We did have one question he did not have a ready answer for but Warren did the research and called us the next day with the correct answer. We were so satisfied with his inspection that we have recommended Warren to others. Since then, three of our family members have purchased homes and had him in to do the inspections.
