Amazing, fast service at a fair price

Found Fire and Ice after calling several places for quotes to fix our AC. Scott came out with his team next day and did a great job. We've since called them back for work on our heater. Highly recommend!

Furnace Repair Fast!

As winter started my furnace could only seem to maintain the temperature at around 18 degrees. Living in Ottawa, that was not going to get me through the winter! Scott responded immediately and was at my home first thing the very next morning. He was polite, efficient and very helpful at explaining the problem and general care of my furnace.(my first time having to deal with it). I appreciated his input and will definitely use him again.

Fall furnace maintenance

Scott is always on time and works efficiently & neatly (takes his boots off at the door). I appreciate the fact that he explains what parts of the system needs to be turned off and the how and when. He makes recommendations e.g. converting from an old drum type humidifier to a flow-through and explains why that would be desirable. Scott has a professional work ethic.

Approximate cost of services:
$80.00
