Jeff fixed the dripping bathtub faucet. Yay!
He also fixed the toilet that tended to keep flowing after I'd flushed it, unless I shook the handle. Double yay! And he generously threw that one in for free.
He managed to improve the vigour of the flushing, but it still needs more improvement. He advised me to soak the bowl again in CLR, so I'll try that.
He was exactly on time, gave me a clear quote in writing, had laminated sheets with the cost of various jobs so I knew he was being fair and transparent with his pricing, and he took payment in person as soon as the job was done. He dealt with everything in a single visit.
SO much better than my previous experiences with about 5 different plumbers. Thanks Jeff!
