Amr did an amazing and artful job. He clearly has a passion for his work. He caulked with zeal, artfully matching the various elements of the house with 4 different colours of caulking, which he applied with real attention to aesthetics. His quote was exactly the same as another quote I received, but he included removing all existing caulking, and caulking ALL the doors and windows. He was also able to offer a foundation joint solution, which the other company didn't have. His communication was clear, and he delivered on all his commitments. He was also very friendly and personable. He explained the benefits of caulking not only for prevention of water damage, but for energy efficiency and savings. Jeff fixed the dripping bathtub faucet. Yay! He also fixed the toilet that tended to keep flowing after I'd flushed it, unless I shook the handle. Double yay! And he generously threw that one in for free. He managed to improve the vigour of the flushing, but it still needs more improvement. He advised me to soak the bowl again in CLR, so I'll try that. He was exactly on time, gave me a clear quote in writing, had laminated sheets with the cost of various jobs so I knew he was being fair and transparent with his pricing, and he took payment in person as soon as the job was done. He dealt with everything in a single visit. SO much better than my previous experiences with about 5 different plumbers. Thanks Jeff!
