Steve was very friendly and professional and even provided some tips for using my dishwasher. He was quick, efficient and followed COVID protocols. I also appreciated an automated call advising me of when to expect his arrival.

I was having issues with my 6 year old Samsung Range. Steve from Valley View Appliance Services came. He was fabulous. He tested all the components of my appliance and explained everything he was doing. He put a call into his parts supplier and after all was said and done, I decided to purchase a new Range. The price I paid was for his service call and I feel it was money well spent in this case. I would definitely use this service again. Steve was punctual and very knowledgeable. He ordered the parts on his first visit and then completed the repair the day after the parts came in. Booking the appointment was easy.

After a cleaning cycle my wall oven would no longer heat up. (Same problem occurred years ago). I contacted Valley View about repair. Steve returned my call, said he had the part and could come out same day. Since there's a Covid part shortage I was happy he had it. He efficiently repaired my oven, mentioned an easy cleaning solution. He also pointed out an area that could cause me a future issue, and that I had one of my broiler elements out. (Something rarely used). Since it a 20yr old appliance. Happy with the service.
