My wife and I appreciated the work that the repairman, Steve did....he was very professional, knowledgable and courteous.

Technician was personable and knowledgeable, fixed what was wrong, and did if safley ina timlet fashion.

Gas dryer repair: original visit for "no heat" problem in February 2020, technician resolved problem but indicated that the gas valve might be ready to fail. Follow-up in January 2021 with same problem, Valley View had original call on file, located part and effected repair for less than quoted cost. Having just seen a re-broadcast of CBC's Marketplace segment on appliance repair, we were very pleased to be able to engage ValleyView and highly recommend them.

Steve came out to fix my Thermidor refrigerator which was leaking. Always very polite and professional he was able to find the problem and fix it. I have had other technicians who charge a lot but are unable to fix the problem.

Steve the technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly and proceeded to fix the issue. He tested his repair and showed us how to fix it ourselves if the issue should occur in the future.

if you decide to go with them, you have to be very careful that, they may just charge you $150 and tell you they can't fix it. you have to replace a new one. then those $150 is just for the labor who comes and tells you to replace a new one. terrible service. They representative is terrible to yelling to the customer.

Our fridge started making intermittent loud noises. Had repair person in to check out source of noise. Turns out it is simply a vibration. Repair ++ knowledgeable and provided great info re temperature controls to optimize function etc.

Also checked in with repair person for additional info re washer and freezer options. Very helpful with maintenance tips on both appliances.

Will call this company again if repairs are needed on appliances.

Steve K from Valley View Appliances was excellent with repair/replacement of broken door springs on our Bosch made Kenmore dishwasher. Also re-levelled dishwasher and ensured all fittings correctly located and gave great advice on type of dishwater cleaner to use and best preparation of dirty dishes. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended!

My gas oven stoped working on a Thursday afternoon. Would not light. I booked online with valley view and they had slots for the next day open. Shortly after I got a call with a time estimate and a basic quote for the work. The next day the technician showed up in the time frame and was extremely knowledge and helpful. Within 30min we had a working oven and a price that was less than expected. The technician gave great advice for future use and great service.
