My experience from beginning to end was amazing with VV. I made an appointment easily through their online booking platform. I was called the next morning by Robert to verify the information and confirm the best time that worked for me. He was very kind and helpful. Steve showed up during the appointment window and was very courteous and respectful. He went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fixed including cleaning up any mess inside and outside the fridge. He also offered some pointers to maintain and extend the life of my appliances. An extremely kind and trustful team. I will definitely use them again!

First, the Valley View online appointment booking platform is great. I needed my fridge fixed on a Monday, during a heatwave, quickly got an appointment for Wednesday and then got a call from Valley View very soon after offering a same day appointment, which was great. Second, Steve, the technician and company owner, was prompt, efficient, explained what he was doing, explained how my fridge works. All in all one of the better repair tech visits I have had.

Steve was very knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. He gave good advice on how to use the dishwasher to best advantage. Great job!

Discovered that our dryer was not working on Sunday. Went on Valley View Appliances website and booked an appointment for Monday. On Monday a service technician called and confirmed a time to come out. Arrive within that timeframe and quickly diagnosed the problem. Very friendly and competent technician

Steve gave us options on how to resolve, indicated the parts (due to Covid-19) can be excessively delayed, and was extremely descriptive as to what the issue was caused by.

Drier had stopped working. I had had Valley View Appliances out to fix a dish washer before and saw that they did driers too. Steve came out and was able to identify and fix the problem and was an all round pleasure to deal with.
