Great customer service from my initial phone call through to the repair. They were fantastic to deal with, booked me in quickly and efficiently. Steve was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and had me up in running very quickly! I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic company! The technician was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair my refrigerator quickly since he was prepared with the part in his truck - no return visit needed. He even offered advice on how to repair a couple of small wear and tear issues myself in order to save me money!! There’s no other appliance repair company I would use.

A spring broke in the door of our Bosch dishwasher.
After I booked an appointment, I was kept informed of the general time the technician was to arrive on the day of service through an email link that was sent to me.
The technician came with the appropriate part and in about 20 minutes had the entire job finished. When he put the dishwasher back in place he even replaced a few of the screws that were not the correct ones with appropriate ones for the dishwasher.

Our Samsung dryer quit blowing hot air. I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me and I was kept up to date by their system so I knew when to expect Steve's arrival. The repair was done exceptionally well and Steve also cleaned out the dryer and adjusted our exhaust hose for optimal drying. The broken part was swapped out and he had brought everything needed to the appointment so we didn't have to wait. There were two required fixes and both were done in under an hour. We've used the company for our dishwasher and fridge in the past, and I keep using them because this small team know their stuff, they are customer orientated, and they are exceptionally reasonable with their repairs. They also keep a log on their repair work so a return visit can facilitated if needed. They are also honest when a repair isn't going to be worth the cost so you only have the service call fee.

Great and prompt service. The initial repair part did not function properly due to issues with my gas oven that was not easily detected. The repair person set up a return visit with the additional part needed, and I am now up and running. I would use and recommend them any time.

This company is definitely deserving of its high ratings. Steve performed a safety check and did some clean up on my 1950 gas range. Very respectful, friendly and professional service. Booking an appointment was easy and I appreciated that Steve called to discuss the work and make sure that the service call would be worth the time and cost. It is apparent that he cares about helping his customers and keeping his costs reasonable. I would definitely hire this company again. Highly recommended.
