Very efficient service. Called and left a message on a Friday which was returned within a couple of hours. Received another call later in the day saying the technician could repair my oven and I had an appointment on Monday. The technician arrived within the allotted time and the repair was done in less than an hour.

Service man arrived on time, courteous, diagnosed problem and recommended purchase of new machine instead of incurring repair cost - impressive! Provided a lot of information on what to look for in a new machine for my individual needs. Will use this company again if needed.
