Kenmore Washer Drain Pump Replacement

I was impressed even though the service may have been $50-$75 more than others quoted. Heres why. I booked online late one day, and followed up by phone the next morning. Bob answered all my questions, checked on part availability, and gave me an accurate appointment time for that morning as promised by website. I paid what was quoted. No last minute add ons. Steve, who did the repair, was pleasant, efficient and helpful with information. His attention to small details such as dust covers for his shoes, and rebalancing the washer afterward speak for themselves.

Microwave repair

Suspected a blown fuse with our OTR microwave. Steve came out, tested the unit and swapped out the fuse. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Valley View Appliances again!

Frigidaire refrigerator Freezer ice maker

Our ice maker in the freezer stopped making ice. The ice maker was replaced first and then the intake valve. Diligent troubleshooting by Steve resolved the problem for us. It took a couple of visits but we are very happy with the service we received. Valley view will definitely be our go to company for all our appliance services.
