I was very satisfied with the service I received. Even though the problem was a broken part that could not be replaced without replacing the whole microwave door the technician did a work around to get the microwave working again. He was very helpful with recommendations of what to do if the work around stops working at any point. I would recommend very highly.

Wade came and installed a dishwasher. Levelled it perfectly, and installed this new unit in a more logical way- way better than the old one. Made sure I knew how to clean the unit, and where to look of trouble were to arise. Wade does integrity filled work. Before he left, we even adjusted the feet on the oven to make sure the oven was above the counter top. Fabulous job, double checked everything was working before he left. Was kind and courteous. Highly recommend him for any work. Will call on him again for any future installs.

Steve determined that the Standard Oven's vibrating noise was the cooling fan which he replaced and has corrected the problem.

He also found that the Microwave/Convection had a part that was not repairable and not replaceable. The unit was only 4 years old and out of warranty, Steve recommended contacting the manufacturer who gave us a satisfactory settlement.

Steve is very pleasant and respectful when in our home.

Steve was incredibly knowledgeable. I had described the problem over the phone and provided the make/model of the washing machine. He showed up with the part, quickly evaluated the problem, and got straight to work. He showed several maintainence items I could do myself and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Great guy. Great service!
