Was able to get a service appointment the next day and they called to confirm. Received a text as they were heading to my house, and came well within the 3 hr window they gave me. Steve took a quick look, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly, communicating what he was doing the whole time. He was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant, as always. Have used this company to repair many appliances over the years, and always been happy with the service provided.

Samsung Washer Service

Our washer wasnt working properly so I called Bob to schedule; Steve was at the house with 26 hours to diagnose the situation, gave us tips on extending the life of our washer and what to look for in our eventual replacement model. Quality knowledgeable service and first rate booking system.

Steve was very friendly and chatty, and explained the root cause of the problem (water can't drain due to broken glasses inside the drain area)

Happy right from the booking of the appointment which was very efficient! Steve was on time, clean, organized, honest & knowledgeable.
