Just Service

Called Just Service for a repair to my dryer after a glowing recommendation from a close friend. The wait for an appointment was only 1 day. The day of service I was provided a two hour time window and that was amazing as I could get some other errands done and didn't lose a entire day waiting around. The tech arrived , quickly assessed my dryer issue. He quoted me the repair cost and actually had the right part in the truck. The entire visit was less than an hour and my dryer is working like brand new again. Very smooth process from start to finish. They will be my "go to" for appliance repair from now on!

Was connected to this company directly through appliance manufacturer. A part was on back order and was going to take a few weeks to ship. After waiting a month we call back, they say they still don't have the part. Directed to manufacturer who said they shipped the part 3 weeks ago and that it arrived.

Ultimately had to call another company.

When my stove top and oven stopped working, Just Service was referred to me as a Whirlpool preferred repair service. The repair person wrongly diagnosed the the problem as a control panel breakdown, when actually it was the fuse to the outlet. I ended up paying $1500.00 for a new stove because it was not worth it for me to spend $400-$500 on a new control panel On an older model stove. The company refused to refund their charge to me for misdiagnosing the problem, causing me more expense.

Just service came to do a repair on my fridge where the fridge needed to be pulled out. The repair was done, fridge was pushed back, but left sticking out 6 inches from where it was originally. I mentioned it to the service tech, Robert, and he assured me it was as far back as it could go without damaging the wall. He left, but realized the fridge could not stay there as I could not reach the cabinets above now, and we just had the kitchen cabinets built around the fridge so it was sitting almost flush with the cabinets. I called the company immediately. They reached out to the tech. who refused to come back saying if it goes back any further it would void the warranty! I let them know that we could not pull the fridge out ourselves as my husband had surgery and was not able to pull it out. The office lady became quite rude and condescending and refused to even have the tech come out to see as to why it was not going further back. I argued as to why he should. She said she would contact the "manager" and get back to me, but I never heard back. In the meantime, I had a different company come in to have a look, they pulled the fridge out and it was stuck on a piece of styrofoam and had no issues with pushing the fridge back to the original position. BTW. the original issue that was "fixed" is still a problem. Would never use them or recommend them to anyone!! Would have been so simple for the tech to just return and take a look!! Ridiculous!

They provided wonderful service despite the challenges of Covid. They were pleasant to deal with, arrived on time and were quite apologetic about a part that was on back order although the delay was beyond their control. Ultimately resolved an issue with an almost new dishwasher. We will certainly use their services again when needed.

Frank, the owner, has serviced my appliances for 15 years. I have always been completely satisfied. On the rare occasion that he needs to return, he comes back promptly and resolves the issue. Frank is always professional. prompt and helpful. Fifteen years is a long time to maintain his track record with anyone. You should know that I decided to write this review because of some negative reviews I have read which bear no resemblance to my long experience with Just Service. Furthermore, I have always found their rates both fair and competitive. I am about to call them re my dishwasher, and I will be happy to report on my experience in a few days.

Microwave turntable stopped turning. I called Just Service. Prompt response and very pleasant...but we needed a part. Will order and return asap. No charge yet! Within days, part replaced and everything working great. Excellent service, reasonable cost. Happy to recommend.

Terrible customer service - Did not let me know the parts were on back order, and had to wait 5 weeks for the repair to be completed and I had to keep contacting them for updates

Only open 9am - 2:30pm, unable to speak to anyone outside of those hours, or if there is an issue with a service call.

Would definitely not use or recommend them for any future service calls

Recently my microwave/vent stopped working so I called the company that was recommended by the manufacturer. On the first visit it was determined that it could be a wire in the door. The technician (Frank) explained what could be wrong etc. The door was replaced and it appeared that everything was fixed however a day later the microwave again was losing power. I called Just service and they let me know that Frank would be back and take another look. Nice thing about Just Service is that they call you in the morning (8am) to let you know the two hour window that the technicians will arrive at your house.. That's right you read two (2) hour window.. not the usual 8 hour or if you are lucky 4 hour window that makes you a prisoner in your house not able to make any plans all day.
Anyhow, on to the next visit and Frank was determined to make it work. He almost seemed embarrassed that he didn't fix it the first time.. Well today he returned and I am happy to report that the microwave is working again 100%.. This particular type of microwave is over $1000... Frank just saved me a bunch of money and hassle of going out and trying to find another one.. Just Service and Frank are Just Awesome !! Definitely recommend them for your appliance repairs..
