Mors arrived at my house on a Sunday within one hour of my phone call. He assessed the problems with my fridge and freezer unit and determined there was no issue he could fix because it seemed to be a manufacturer's defect. He was honest and upfront about the issue and suggested that even if he ordered parts it was unlikely to fix the issues. He didn't charge me for the visit or the assessment!
