The popcorn ceiling of our 80 yr old bungalow had developed many cracks and was in need of repair. The work Francisco did included sanding the old stucco, which was done with a dustless sander, repairing the ceiling and applying another popcorn finish. Our biggest concern was the preservation of the original wood molding on the ceiling.
Francisco was honest and realistic with us about the project and our expectations. He solved our ceiling problem beautifully with quality craftsmanship and care and attention to detail. We are very appreciative of his courteous and conscientious work as well as the consideration he took about the disruptions to our daily activities.
We are very thankful to Francisco and Marcel for their caring work and lovely results. We were extremely satisfied, and we would highly recommend Francisco for any stucco ceiling work.

Hired Francisco to clean up a job that was started and needed to be finished before the tilers could come in and finish the basement shower room, and the carpenters could finish the staircase.

He came when he said that he could. Worked early morning to fit my schedule and kept coming each morning until the job was finished to my satisfaction. Honest, and hardworking.
