We hired Amir to remove popcorn, skim coat and paint our front hall ceiling. We are mid reno and this is something I was very happy to hand off. It was a great experience from start to finish! Removing popcorn ceilings is a loud and messy task! Amir did a wonderful job minimizing the impact. We had an area by our garage doors with damaged stucco. Contacted Amir because of the positive reviews here. He was able to confirm based on pictures sent what the scope of work would be and quote (cut open stucco, re-paper, match with existing rock dash). Completed work in 1 day vs 2 days. Lifetime warranty on job. Reasonable quote (we called a few diff companies for quotes and scope of work). He was also kind enough to notice some cracking in the stucco in an adjacent area and came back a diff day when he was going to be in the neighbourhood again for another job to help caulk that area. He's also got a fun sense of humour. Thx
