We recently had a flood in our basement, I called my insurance company they took all our claim information and said they would send out a contractor. We told our insurance company that the water had come in from the basement window. To our surprise, we were informed this wasn't covered and they referred me to a company called Floods-4-Less and advised we would still need to perform emergency cleanup and dry the structure out before mold set in. I called the company and the representative came out within an hour. The Gentleman turned out to be our Knight-in-shining amour. He performed an inspection to determine the cause and origin. It was determined that the water was coming in from our basement window; he also determined we had a drain located at the bottom of the window-well and that; we should call the insurance company back and inform them of the findings. We had Floods-4-Less start the mitigation services and the following day the insurance adjuster arrived and confirmed that, the drain was an extension of our plumbing system and so they were going to cover the loss. Frank and his company saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. We love you guys!!
P. S, our insurance adjuster also commented the invoice for the emergency services performed, was substantially less than the preferred contractors they typically deal with.
