Wiehler Mechanical

Had to replace my hot water heater. But wanted more space. Called Wiehler for options… they were very professional, looked at my setup, and recommended a replacement using hot water on demand. The system they put in was awesome. They were quick, professional, and even fixed a couple of items on my heated floor. Very happy.

We get annual maintenance done by this company and have been happy. At this time we had an issue with our furnace starting snd stopping. Upon diagnosis it was determined our motor was strong but the control/circuit board was gone. It was an expensive fix due to the detailed system we had of the Trane furnace. The technician confirmed the part was in stock and was able to install it the same day. The technician was pleasant and kept me in communication during his work. There was an issue that occurred at the fault of the technician but it was rectified within days of contacting the company. We also appreciated that the secondary issue costs were absorbed by the company as they were no fault of us or the original issue. The entire team from front end booking to the technician’s, Mike and Jay were a pleasure to deal with. We will continue to use Wiehler’s Mechanical as our company of choice.

Frustrated with the reliability of my previous furnace service company, I called Weihler for a second opinion and to see if they had the part in stock that my previous service company couldn't seem to get right. They came out promptly and made the fix same day. Courteous and professional service from technician Mike.

Called to fix bathtub faucet, found diverter had locked closed but released when water pressure shut off. Only charged for the call out and nothing more. Fast, courteous, safe. Highly recommended.

Got a text before plumber arrived with a photo and history as well as some personal interests of my plumber. Really loved that I knew something about him before I invited him into my home. He was very knowledgeable and gave me really great advice. Will definitely call them again and again.

We are converting a secondary suite to a officially legal secondary suite. The last thing on the to do list was adding sprinklers. We had used Wiehler before for other projects and contacted them. They had someone out within a few days and the work done in 1/2 a day.

Follow up call to replace a cracked blower motor belt in furnace which was discovered during furnace tune-up. I am satisfied with the quality of work completed. However, my opinion is that I should not have to pay for an additional Dispatch Fee since it was a return call. Just saying...

I had previously used this company to install my dishwasher. Once again their service on my furnace was excellent. The technician was on time, professional and explained the required work in advance. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
