An exceptional experience of the services provided by Mike & Jay! We've been in our home for 9 years and have had other HVAC providers in to do our annual maintenance, and have never experienced the attention to detail that we received from Mike & Jay. They picked up on things like the recirc loop in the on-demand hot water system not being activated; there was a valve that was installed upside down in our AC system. Interesting how these things could go unnoticed and not corrected for many years, by a number of different HVAC contractors. Heart felt thanks to Team Wiehler ... and particularly to Mike & Jay. Site technician was great but the people in the office seem disorganized and seem to lack customer service skills. They continue to invoice me for services that were paid for at the time of delivery. After calling them and being assured that the issue would be resolved, the accounting department continues to send me invoices. The actual initial service day the technician was held up at another location but no one took the time to call me to let me know. When the service was done the part installed turned out to be defective but the reception person didn’t seem to apologize and had the attitude that I should fit my schedule to theirs. Very poor customer focus. I picked this company because a neighbor in our complex had a positive experience but I am definitely regretting the choice now.

I live in High River, hence the expensive delivery charges and installation. But I would highly recommend Wiehler Mechanical and Maks, the installer. He did an excellent job, was efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. He was neat and professional. I would definitely use Wiehler & Maks again.

Needed new dishwasher installed and old one taken away..Terrific serviceman Flav was punctual, clean, quiet, thorough, professional and personable..I want to use only this firm again for any further plumbing needs! JP delivered our new dishwasher from Trail Appliances, installed it and removed the old one. He was courteous and did not leave a mess. He ensured the new machine was working before he left. We are very pleased with the service.

Quick easy booking, and then after that I was contacted by the service technician who took measurements and everything was set for my home's air conditioning install. Mike and Justin came and did the install, were very professional, respectful of my home, were friendly and answered all my questions. The installation was exceptional quality and works perfectly, my whole family is very happy.

Very pleased with the attention the Technician made to finding the problem with our A/C and rather than state it was a poor install he corrected the problem using an alternative method to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Very through and respectful.

Serviceman was courteous and COVID aware. He answered all of my questions and got the job done well. The cost of the PEX T-joint repair seemed pretty steep for the time it took to repair, but I’m not up to date on plumbing costs. Only small issue was the water shut off handle had not been fully opened back up after the job, so for a few days we were worried we’d have to call the serviceman back as the water pressure was weak. We figured it out thankfully so everything worked well once we turned the valve on.

Authorized dealer for our furnace. First time using Wiehler. Couldn’t balance in floor heating with furnace and HRV. Also humidity level issues.
Mike listened, did his checks, made adjustments, explained everything plus a few suggestions. Very satisfied customer!

The repair to the first installation was excellent. The repairmen had to improvise which so far has proved to be 100% effective. They did this at no extra charge! Wiehler Mechanical didn't have to do this as Trai Appliance was also willing to fix the problem.
Repairmen were polite and professional.
