The products and services provided by Luxury Window Coverings are nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. I can't speak highly enough of Adriano and his installation team. I have had two homes fitted with high-quality, beautiful California Shutters - and have recommended his services to many fully-satisfied family members, friends, and neighbours. We wouldn't purchase Toronto window coverings from anyone else. Many thanks to Adriano for his professionalism, customer service, and BEAUTIFUL product!

I had used luxury window coverings for our home in Oshawa-delivered as promised in 2weeks and the installer did a fantastic job. With that experience in mind I sought Adriano again when we moved to Markham for our condo. The experience was much different slew of issues from Suppliers to installation issues -you name it we faced it & took a lot longer to get the shades we wanted but in the end -I appreciated Adriano’s commitment to want to get it Right!

We love the blinds we purchased from Luxury Windiw Coverings. Adriano was very helpful in giving us guidance on the best blinds for our space and needs. The blinds were ordered and installed very quickly by Matt who did a great job. We were very pleased with everything and love the blinds!

I called Luxury Window Cocerings after being referred by a friend.
They were 1 of 7 places that I had called for quotes.
Of those 7, they and 1 other were the most professional.
Their professionalism was accompanied by their excellent product knowledge she, product quality, and excellent communication skills.
In the end we chose them due to those attributes as well as their reasonable price.

I received the product I ordered in 2015 BUT my credit card was charged 7 times instead of half and half. They charged my credit card for over $30,000. It is April 2018 and I still don't have my money back. Adriano is a fraud. He got the money from VISA but he must have spent the money . He owes me over $12000 still. This happened in 2015. I went to the police and to VISA but it was too late as I was away for the Winter for 6 months. He even told me most recently this company was BANKRUPT! So why on Homestars then!? Why have a website?? MORE untruths!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY and DEFINITELY do NOT give them your credit
card number!!
UPDATE: YOUR company DOES know who I am and I am flabbergasted that you would tell such boldface untruths!!! I will redact my credit card statements and post tomorrow for everybody to see! I will NOT have my name slandered like this. You owe me thousands of dollars and I have lost my patience. It is interesting to read the comments by your other unhappy clients. They seem to have experienced the same excuses and untruths. They will be excellent witnesses at the trial! Next step - litigation!

A friend recommended them and i was so happy that i availed their service. Shutters were of top quality and installation was precise, clean and fast. Our window was not perfectly squared but they were able to provide a solution.

I would highly recommend them, also, they are giving me a 25 year warranty should there be any defects on the shutters.

It all started out well as they did my California Blinds in my house. I paid for Door and Kitchen Blinds back in NOVEMBER (now April) and have been getting the run around ever since. We have had at least 6 appointments with no show, Adriano has picked these blinds up at his warehouse 10 times, lost them, had his wisdom teeth removed and unable to come, offered me refunds (which never came) it just goes on and on. I have never been so frustrated dealing with such un-professionals - I have cancelled plans to wait for no shows time and time again. Just absolutely the worst! No respect no morals, no integrity!!

Over a year ago we contracted Adriano from Luxury Window Coverings to install solar powered shades in our condo. Initially Adriano was great and priced very well. However, we are now a year later and only half of the coverings have been installed. One has fallen off and caused a large hole in our hardwood floors. The others do not work 100% yet. After many many excuses including factory manufacturer delays, a "car accident" that destroyed the blinds, family emergencies and many other excuses we still do not have our blinds fully installed. He is now non-responsive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He will make up any excuse and price to get your business and then fail to deliver. I have a feeling most good reviews on this website are made up him given the distrust I now have for his business. I will be contacting various news companies to share them the story and prevent other customers from being ripped off.

Adriano and his team were nothing less than professional. From our first meeting they helped us decide which blinds to go with that would compliment our new home. Even after we were unsure of our choice Adriano reassured us it is the best choice and he was most certainly right! We love the blinds and the modern sleek look it has given our new home. Adriano even came to help install them with his team and together they did a quick and wonderful job, clean and professional. We have a minor discoloured patch on one of our blinds and Adriano didn't hesitate to contact the manufacturer to arrange for a new set, it's clear customer satisfaction is important here. Will definitely be recommending them againa and again!

I'm a repeat customer of Luxury Window Coverings. The wooden Max Mara California shutters are fantastic ! Such good quality for a great price. Andriano is wonderful to deal with. He is understanding,patient and knows is stuff. I highly recommend him and his company.
