Terrible customer service from the administration side, the Technician did a great job but i have been getting the run around from administration since the service back in February. I was double billed for the service Feb 11th and have yet to see the credit on April 29th. I spoke with several contacts that said they will rectify the problem with the last contact over a week ago. Any other company would have returned the over payment in less than 5 days, it is coming up to 3 months. I have contacted Home Depot, the Better Business Bureau and Mastercard to finally have a resolution. This company is absolutely the works company i have ever dealt with and I would recommend anyone considering their services, buyer beware!!!!
