I miscommunication with my wife about when Steam Dry was coming to clean our carpets. We were selling our house and needed the job done right away. Steam Dry got us in and, when I made my error, Robert B. (the job tech) waited for us to let him (about an hour) in rather than cancelling the job. I am very appreciative of this. Plus, he did thorough and good work.
