The Reliance advisor Jigar Vaidya was very knowledgeable and accommodating in dealing with my requirements. Their 10 year parts and labour warranty was important in my decision making. Other companies gave a 1 year labour warranty. Since labour costs are usually much higher than the cost of parts their warranty was important to me.

The installation was done in one day by their crew of 3 professionals.

I have rented an A/C unit from reliance and the experience has been horrible. It has only been installed for about a year and hasn't worked properly since installed. I have had reliance technicians come to inspect at least 5 times and each time is a different excuse for why my home will not cool down like other homes. The A/C runs all day and all night and never gets to a reasonable temperature. The most recent experience however, has been terrible beyond reason. The technician told me the control board on my furnace was broken and I needed to pay to replace. I had to fight to prove I had already purchased the furnace protection plan with them so it was covered. Eventually they gave in but it would be days before the part arrived. Then they came back with "the part" that was apparently provided to them as the replacement by Lennox. But this time it was not compatible and there is no way possible for them to repair it. My only option is to replace my furnace entirely. In 15 minutes on Google I found the real replacement part and it is available in town the same day. I went to look at my furnace again to ensure that i could perhaps change the board myself. I then found out the technician had rewired my control board back completely wrong! No power to my furnace at all! I figured out how to wire it back properly again by myself and all of a sudden my furnace works again without issues!!!! The A/C is running again although the unit is STILL not working properly as it cannot cool my house but atleast I am not getting tricked by reliance into buying a new furnace now. So watch out for these guys. They have no idea how to repair HVAC at best and are intentionally sabotaging equipment to trick you into more services at worst.

Jordan was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to book me in promptly for the repair. He was also super easy going and pleasant to work with.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, able to provide several recommendations and get the job done in a timely fashion - would highly recommend him.

I called Reliance to schedule a maintenance on the rental furnace and the tankless hot water heater. Troy was the technician they sent and he arrived at the schedule time. He was very personable and by all accounts dedicated to ensure the customer is completely satisfied,.

I enjoyed the banter, our meet and he was very proficient and with a deliberate focus to have this maintenance completed to my satisfaction.

Reliance for me is the best service provider for our AC, tankless hot water and the furnace and would not change provider..

What an amazing job Paul did he was quick and precise he explained everything that was supposed to be done! Thanks Paul!

Very efficiently, Paul checked to see if drainage from kitchen sink was an issue, after a couple of tests he was sure it wasn't blocked, he did a deodorant clean to kitchen pipes, gave lots of helpful tips on how to avoid blockage.

Reliance installed a high efficiency furnace, air conditioner, tankless on demand and water softener in our home.

The installers were incredibly knowledgeable, and their job was not easy, as we have drywall finished ceilings. They took their time, and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Once completed, they went through everything with me, and left my utility room spotless.

Not only friendly guys, but were very thorough and knowledgeable. The city inspectors were impressed with the quality of their work.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of my tech Fahad! He called ahead letting me know he was running 15 minutes behind to ensure I was still available for the house call. He was polite and knowledgeable. He let me know what he was donning and why he was doing it at all times and even gave me helpful tips on furnace air filters to save money! He was in and out quickly and efficiently and even remembered my dogs name on the way out. Good old fashioned service like we used to always expect!!

Installers seemed to not have a lot of experience installing the unit and it took them 8 hours to install one unit. Thermostat was installed incorrectly. AC technician said they installed the wrong thermostat- it was google nest. Now waiting for a part. This has drawn on for months and the heat is here Just want the unit fixed
