General Gas Service

Called General Gas Service to connect Natural Gas Line to my BBQ. Keith was very helpful and got the job done carefully and nicely with a good price too. Highly recommend him to everyone else requiring this service.

He was amazing! Arrived quickly, found my leak within minutes, showed me where it was and tested it with me afterward. He gave prevention tips for the future! Very pleased!

Keith did what none of the other servicemen I contacted could or would do - fix my problem without ripping holes in my basement drywall. The others all said they would have to do that and one said it was better to just leave it as is.

I was at my wit's end because a photographer was coming to take pics of our house for our real estate agent on Friday, and our stove was sticking way out past the counter, looking ridiculous. I called Keith Tues evening and he came out on Wednesday and took care of the problem without disturbing a fibre of drywall.

(The issue was that we had bought a new electric stove and the gas pipe that ran behind it towards the bbq stuck up 10 inches from the floor. The new stove only had a 7 inch space at the back so the stove couldn't be pushed flush with the wall.)

Not only did Keith fix the problem but he did so for much less than the other technicians would have charged to fix it. Plus I would have had to repair the drywall afterwards!

If that weren't enough, there was another problem that would have interfered with the stove fitting flush. Not only did Keith take quite a bit of extra time and effort to take care of it but he did so without charging me extra.

I can't tell you what a weight off my shoulders this was and how much I appreciated Keith's expertise and finesse, and lack of any interest in gouging his customers. I am so grateful.

I sought out several estimates for installation of a gas line for my BBQ on the back deck of my house. Not only was Keith the most competitive price, he was the most responsive and the only person to come out to my house to quote the job.

When he returned to do the work he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how everything was going to turn out. He finished by turning on my BBQ after it was all hooked up and completing the job exactly as planned.

We recently purchased a Weber NG BBQ. It came with a 3/8" quick release but the NG hook-up was 1/2". Keith responded to my request within 10 hours and was at my house the subsequent day. Not only was he courteous and friendly, his professionalism and attitude to his work was exceptional. Within an hour we were up and running. I would recommend Keith to ANYONE that needs work done. You will not be disappointed.

Keith was excellent! He accommodated us on short notice on a weekend, after a late night call. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough - he explained what we needed to know and was extremely kind and pleasant to work with.

We recently purchased a NG BBQ for our patio since there was a line already available (although capped). Keith responded promptly and was able to schedule an appointment next day for us. He was on time and worked efficiently to hook up the BBQ, add some rust-proof paint, and leak test.

He patiently answered all of my questions and took a quick look at some other things around the house to make sure all was well.

It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call him again for any future needs or recommend him to others.

Keith was great, he came by to quote on capping a gas line at 5.30pm and in the end stayed, capped the line and helped me wrestle the fireplace out of the wall, leaving close to 8pm.

Despite staying much later than planned, he remained upbeat and happy to help get the problems solved.

Keith was so great he came to my home before the I ordered the stove and we discussed if running gas was possible. Then on the day the stove was being delivered he came and ran the line. It was alot of work but he did not charge me more then the price he quoted. I was really happy with the service and felt Keith did a very through job and inspection before he left.
