We have used AFG for a couple years now as we have been very, very pleased with their work. Everything is explained in a way that a layman can understand and done with respect to the whole HVAC system. This year we moved and I accidentally asked for Fasi instead of Raffi (stress, whatever), and he did a great job as well, (although i was very confused when i first saw him). I guess in terms of quality and clarity, it doesn't really matter who you get. They're both great!

We moved to a new house and were really glad that Phillip services this area as well! They came and cleaned our gutters and pointed out the situation with our downspouts. We knew he was right and agreed to the corrections. He went much out of his way to pick up our uniquely coloured gutter material and installed them promptly. Before that, he had made sure to confirm what we were going to be doing with that part of the property so he could situate the materials in just the right configuration so as not be in the way of our future plans. Thinking ahead. Extremely pleased!!!

Frank was incredibly thorough, observant, and detailed, not to mention friendly and a pleasure to have in your home. He took many, many pictures to illustrate his points which was very helpful. And I've never had any service person (or anyone i think!) reply so promptly to any question or concern. He also was happy to recommend a tradesperson if you asked. Most highly recommended.

Keith did what none of the other servicemen I contacted could or would do - fix my problem without ripping holes in my basement drywall. The others all said they would have to do that and one said it was better to just leave it as is. I was at my wit's end because a photographer was coming to take pics of our house for our real estate agent on Friday, and our stove was sticking way out past the counter, looking ridiculous. I called Keith Tues evening and he came out on Wednesday and took care of the problem without disturbing a fibre of drywall. (The issue was that we had bought a new electric stove and the gas pipe that ran behind it towards the bbq stuck up 10 inches from the floor. The new stove only had a 7 inch space at the back so the stove couldn't be pushed flush with the wall.) Not only did Keith fix the problem but he did so for much less than the other technicians would have charged to fix it. Plus I would have had to repair the drywall afterwards! If that weren't enough, there was another problem that would have interfered with the stove fitting flush. Not only did Keith take quite a bit of extra time and effort to take care of it but he did so without charging me extra. I can't tell you what a weight off my shoulders this was and how much I appreciated Keith's expertise and finesse, and lack of any interest in gouging his customers. I am so grateful.

Above and beyond service. I was worried because I'd found a couple pieces of missing shingles on the ground (and with all of this rain...) Eclipse quoted me a reasonable price and time. I was pleased with how the nice, professional man ( I'm afraid I didn't catch his name!). examined the roof carefully and took pictures for me. He said there were no missing shingles after all. Yay! But instead he did find some things up there that might cause some problems down the road and went out of his way to fix them for us, at no extra charge! We feel like our roof is in good hands with Eclipse, and we will most definitely call them whenever there are any roofing jobs to do!!

I'm very happy with PMT's work. Phil was very clear and explained the different options available for that specific location, which I wish the last guy (from an extremely large, very well-known company) had bothered to do. It would have saved me a lot of headaches. I could see the visible difference in quality between the old downspouts and the new ones Phil had brought to install. Looks great.

Rafi was extremely thorough. He removed, cleaned, tested and adjusted parts. He showed me what shape they were in and drained the muck from a tube. He has a very nice, pleasant way. (As an aside I asked if he knew a type of tradesmen that I needed and he called later to ask if he could pass along my number to one he knew.) I was very impressed with his work and will definitely call them again.

The customer service and the plumbing service were both excellent. Natasha called to let me know when the plumber was on his way and even sent an email with an identifying picture of him. So that was nice. Larry V was both nice and professional. He quoted me a price before he began and stuck to it. He explained things clearly and quickly set to work and finished the job. This was my first time using a plumber's services. I am relieved that I know a reliable plumber to call next time!
