Appliance Repair Master

This company was prompt and on time. The service technician (Avi) was excellent. Everything was explained in detail before the work started. The old parts were left for me to see. The work site was left spotless.

Really happy with the way this complicated repair was addressed. Our dishwasher is in a VERY tight space with little wiggle room. The drain pump got jammed with a piece of glass. A.B. from ARM patiently removed the dishwasher and diagnosed the issue. Parts were promptly ordered and installed within a week. Lots of testing to ensure there were no leaks. Really impressed by the patience and persistence of A.B. the repairman. Would recommend ARM in a heartbeat.

When my refrigerator stopped working, Appliance Repair Master had someone out to look at it within 4 hours of me calling. The technician, Avi, explained the problem, offered solutions and had it back up and running promptly and at a reasonable cost. Although I hope to never have to call another repair company, if I do it will be Appliance Repair Master.

Our dryer was making a thumping noise. We called ARM and they sent someone out promptly. The technician, Avi, listened to my concerns and communicated well with me. He was not able to find the exact source of the problem however he lubricated and cleaned up the moving parts and made sure that everything was tightened up. The noise went away. Unfortunately the felt bushing (lining between the wall and the drum) came out on the next load of laundry. ARM sent the technician back and he repaired it (under warranty). Overall very pleased with the company and technician.

I do not recommend this company. The end result is that my relatively new Samsung fridge is worse off then when the technician arrived! :( Not only was the original problem not fixed, but internal components were left dangling in my ice tray (see pic). I contacted the company and we exchanged emails. The picture was provided to them 1 month after the original "repair" was done but due to a miscommunication with my tenants we didn't schedule a specific time for a technician to come and fix it. Now they say it's too late (~4 months later) to fix this even though nothing has changed, the parts are still dangling as originally reported. Furthermore the original problem with water in the crisper is back ... so I'm worse off than I was before I called this company. I understand that mistakes happen but I would expect some level of customer service to correct their mistakes after I paid $169.50. I'm still open to their addressing my complaints but their last message had vague referral to a policy that I was never made aware of and can find no record off. Here's what they said "Few months have passed, and according to our policy, the service call fee applies, as it is considered to be a new call."

I was very satisfied with the technician Avi who came and diagnosed the issue with my gas dryer. The parts were ordered and arrived promptly as did Avi to complete the repair in a timely and professional manner. I was very happy with the service I received with my only issue which I addressed with him being having to pay up front entirely for the parts. I realize that this is company policy. I would call the company again for future repairs.

I called this company to fix my washing machine. They showed up when they said they would. However, the technician mis diagnosed my problem and when I gave him more information about what happens during a load cycle, he told me it was the main panel. He did not know how to run a diagnostic on the main panel in order to see what the error codes were. I had to call another company to come who knew what they were doing and eventually fixed the problem which was an easy fix - replacing the actuator. So instead of replacing the main panel for $800. as recommended, I only had to pay $265. The technician's knowledge was very limited and I would not recommend this company.

Appliance Repair Masters provided excellent service. They were prompt and very reasonable. After fixing my dishwasher, it was not properly put back in place and they came back as soon as I called to fix the problems. I highly recommend them!!

The repair person, Avi, was very punctual, polite and courteous. He explained what was needed and helped us make a decision whether to repair the appliance or not. This is the second time we have used the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We were really pleased with the service and the level of work done on our dishwasher and dryer. We were also pleased that they came on a Sunday without additional charge. Definitely call them first next time we need appliance repair!
