The company arranged the appointment very fast, next day, as I remember. Avi is a very knowledgeable technician; what's more, he is always in a good mood, explains everything patiently; he works fast, very efficiently, with jokes and sincere smile, and cleans everything after himself. The broken part was not available in this part of the world (I have a rare six y.o. model) and I already lost the hope; however, the company staff did not get rid of me, instead, they called everywhere across the globe to get me the required part. One part arrived but did not fit; however, they ordered another one for no extra charge. When it arrived, Avi successfully and quickly fixed it; also, he replaced rubber water supply pipes for nor extra charge. I highly appreciate the patience, support and professionalism I was treated with. I highly recommend this company to others!

Sorry Avi but you said that my dishwasher needed a draining pump that would cost $181.00.
The way you said it and how insistent you were raised red flags so I got a second opinion.Guess what?
I just needed to run a complete cycle and my dishwasher is working perfectly.
I am not saying that you are dishonest.Just that maybe you need more training.

Very satisfied with Appliance Repair Master. Unlike previous masters, these guys quickly found and diagnose the problem and fix the faulty part without replacing the whole refrigerator compressor! Service was good with affordable prices!

Washer machine was leaking water. Called the company and next day a service man abby came. Abby was so friendly, courteous and effectiveness. He diagnosed the problem explained it to me and show me the issue. He ordered the parts needed to replace cold watervalve and the rubber on the drum it has some mold. He was very honest and I felt very comfortable with him. Excellent customer service by Abby.
