The company arranged the appointment very fast, next day, as I remember. Avi is a very knowledgeable technician; what's more, he is always in a good mood, explains everything patiently; he works fast, very efficiently, with jokes and sincere smile, and cleans everything after himself. The broken part was not available in this part of the world (I have a rare six y.o. model) and I already lost the hope; however, the company staff did not get rid of me, instead, they called everywhere across the globe to get me the required part. One part arrived but did not fit; however, they ordered another one for no extra charge. When it arrived, Avi successfully and quickly fixed it; also, he replaced rubber water supply pipes for nor extra charge. I highly appreciate the patience, support and professionalism I was treated with. I highly recommend this company to others!
