I sent out 3 requests for quotes to 3 different companies and Northshore windows were the only one to reply and that was the best possible outcome, Jonathan answered all my questions and listened to all my wants. He quoted me a reasonable price and a timeline that suited me. The crew was friendly, polite and tidy. They were at my house for a few days and at the end of each day they tidied up every bits and pieces. They laid their tools on a tarp so not to damage my floors. The windows are beautiful and I am so happy with the whole experience. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for the services they provide.

Jon and team were the first to show up, give me a quote and work with me to find the best option and price for the perfect door. The door came in time and was installed by a professional team. All throughout the communications and overall experience was one of the best I've had with any contractor ( and we've worked with many!). I'll definitely work with Jon and this company again. The service and product they provided exceeded my expectations.

We used Northshore Windows to replace single pane window with Milgard Quite Line window. The result is satisfying. Traffic noise was reduced significantly. We are planing change all windows with Milgard Quite Line window.
