Master Carpet Cleaning

Behrouz is a wonderful and kind man to work with. He is always so helpful and has saved many of our silk carpets from Elte. I remember sending him a message on Christmas eve because a huge glass of wine had spilled on our favourite carpet and he came on Dec 26 to pick it up and returned it like nothing had ever happened. He is always incredibly professional and his prices are fair. I would highly reccommend him to anybody looking for good service and an honest person. He works hard and has been a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I contacted Master Carpet Cleaning after receiving a recommendation from the store where we purchased the rug. We had only received our rug a few days prior to it being stained by one of the tradespeople entering our home. As you can imagine, we were incredibly disappointed and upset to have our brand new white carpet stained with grease. We attempted to remove the stain ourselves which only seemed to worsen the situation.

After contacting the company and explaining the situation, the owner was very sympathetic and fit us in his schedule even though this was an extremely busy time of year for him and his company. After his first visit, the stain was 90% better and he showed us the amount of grease he meticulously removed from the rug. He clearly explained to us in advance that the stain may take more than 1 visit to completely remove and that we needed to let the carpet dry to be able to see the true final results. After another two visits, what was once a total eye sore in a beautiful space, is now gone. My husband and I are so pleased we contacted Master Carpet Cleaning and could not be happier with the results. Master Carpet Cleaning was courteous, professional and accommodating throughout the entire process and we appreciate all of their hard work. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

Brought 8x10 rug to have cleaned slight stain where new puppy had accidents. The fellow said in addition to CLEANING they could do enzyme treatment to remove any odor. After pick up the stain was exactly how it was when we brought it. Called to advise the rug was exactly same when he said we had to pay an additIona's $180. For stain treatment. My daughter did a better job removing th stain herself! Save your time and money and look elsewhere!!!

A glass of red wine was accidentally spilled on our white wool area rug. We tried a few approaches to remove the stains and ended up making the situation worse in that we spread the soiled area beyond the wine spillage and created areas of yellow stain on the rug that covered a significant portion of the rug. I looked into HomeStars and found a highly rated carpet cleaner but they did not clean area rugs. They suggested I call Master Carpet Cleaning. I am very pleased that I did.
I was sceptical that our rug could be restored to its former condition. I spoke to Behrouz to explain what happened and wanted to get his opinion. He came to our house to assess the damage. He said he believed that that the wine stains would come out and that it was likely that the yellow stained areas could be removed slowly. I was a little worried and wanted to get an update. Behrouz got back to me shortly and provided a photo of what it looked like. I could see that the wine spots were gone but there was still a hint of yellow from our attempt in dealing with the wine spillage. When the cleaning and spot removal was completed, I was very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Master Carpet and Behrouz. He is knowledgeable and provides quality customer-service. He is also reliable, responsive and pleasant. Thank you.

Master carpet was recommended to us when our dog had been sick and had a number of "accidents" on our wool and silk carpet. I thought the carpet was ruined. Master carpet did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. I would highly recommend them!
