Our furnace stopped working on a Tuesday. Late that morning, a technician was able to get it running temporarily to provide our house with heat immediately, and retuned on the Friday of the same week with parts to permanently fix the issue. We were very happy with the speed and quality of the work that was completed.

A malfunctioning high efficiency Carrier furnace was removed and replaced with a Napoleon 9700 series high efficiency furnace. The process was explained well and everything that needed to be brought up to current codes was done. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the job, the time taken to teach me how to to use the new thermostat, and the care taken in protecting household surfaces and cleaning up. I am very pleased with Dan's and his colleague's service. The new furnace is a true "Made in Canada" improvement to my home.

Dan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of replacing our old furnace. He gave us various quotes regarding repairs versus new equipment and the different options suitable for our home. He also informed us about the rebate programs available and even assisted us in contacting the other parties involved and making the necessary arrangements to help us save some money. Dan truly went above and beyond, returning multiple times to our home to coax our old furnace into producing some heat to keep the kids warm in the short time before he installed our new furnace. Dan explained everything really well and was courteous and pleasant. He did a tune-up of our old furnace and did not try to sell us a new model. We decided to replace the capacitor, but again, I felt no pressure to make the repair. In the end he did everything that he could to help us get more life from our old equipment.

They came out to check what I thought was a refrigerant leak. They quickly found it was an airflow problem and had it fixed in no time. Friendly fast and helpful.
