Dan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of replacing our old furnace. He gave us various quotes regarding repairs versus new equipment and the different options suitable for our home. He also informed us about the rebate programs available and even assisted us in contacting the other parties involved and making the necessary arrangements to help us save some money. Dan truly went above and beyond, returning multiple times to our home to coax our old furnace into producing some heat to keep the kids warm in the short time before he installed our new furnace.
