Had Brandie come out to do and estimate a bit over a year ago. Price was right in between 2 other quotes we got. Seemed very personable and knowledge. Answered our questions back and forth by email very promptly.

It was getting into summer so they were rather busy, so we had to wait a few weeks (which seemed understandable). Job was done on time and on budget. A few minor issues were resolved as quickly as was reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them in the future.

We purchased a Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioner for our home. We were blown away with the service from Romaniuk. Dave came to our home to do an estimate and shared with us all of the options and inspired confidence in his team and our purchase. Nolan and Jordon were outstanding installers. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and took significant pride in their workmanship. They explained the installation process and answered all of our questions. Dave even came over after the installation to ensure how we were satisfied. We have never had such great service from any vendor.

He is a very nice person and kindly answered all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with Dave’s honesty. The AC got installed one week after the estimate. Mark and Kris did an awesome installation job! The install was very professional and clean. Mark walked me through after the install and answered my questions. Also thanks to Robin, who is very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

From talking on the phone, to the estimator (Brandie)coming out, and right through the install we were extremely happy with all the people we dealt with. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Both Nolan and Jordan did an excellent job.
Everything was explained to us clearly and we were encouraged to call if we had any questions in the future. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment from our air conditioner.

Scheduled an in home estimate from Romaniuk as one of three contractors I was requesting bids from. Two of the contract companies showed up on time and Brandi was one of them. Brandi was very courteous, professional and methodical. He considered heat loss/gain and square footage size in his determination of what size of AC unit my house would require. What Brandi didn't know at the time was I was already aware of sizing and what brand I wanted, but he provided information on three different models from Lennox and excellent pricing. Brandi scheduled the installation on April 18th and Nolan and Steve phoned in the morning prior to the installation. Steve and Nolan arrived on time when they were scheduled to come to site. They also were very professional and took significant pride in their workmanship. They explained each step of their installation as I watched with curiosity and answered all of my questions. After the install was complete, Nolan walked me through everything from the cooling coils to the condenser and showed me how to control all of the cooling and heating requirements of the house. I was very impressed with the overall job and I feel that Brandi, Nolan and Steve represented Romaniuk very well. I would not hesitate to contact them again for my next installation or service.

I just required a new run from the furnace to an additional vent in a bedroom. Brandie was out quickly to quote, and they had the work done on time. Cost was lower so I didn't get an exact quote as it was based on time spent and materials. Everything went well and the work area was kept clean.

We purchased a Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning system from Romaniuk. Dave came to our home to do an estimate and advise on the correct system for our 50 year old home. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable which inspired confidence in our purchase and was onsite during the initial phase of installation. Nolan and Jordan were our installers, with their team they quickly uninstalled the old furnace, made the required ducting changes and installed the new furnace giving us heat within hours, They second day they finished the A/C condenser install. All the work was neat and clean and very professionally finished and performed as promised. Due to all this, I have confidence our HVAC system will perform as expected and I have no problem recommending Romaniuk to family and friends.

Brandie has come over numerous times to advise or perform minor repairs quickly & effectively for us in the past. When our furnace died and I was out of town working Brandie was there for us and got the ball rolling for the new installs. Jordan & Nolan did a fantastic install & performed it quicker than we had anticipated. Thanks to the Romaniuk team for their great work.

Technicians came in to service our hot water heaters three times over the last couple months. We have been having trouble with these hot water heaters on and off the last couple of years. The hot water heaters were very old so the technician Jaime gave me the cost to fix and noted the age of the appliances. He called an estimator for me and Brandi showed up within an hour to give me a quote on installing new hot water heaters. The installers, Nolan and Jordan, came the very next day and were very courteous and neat. They installed two hot water heaters with minimal interruption to our family. Excellent service and very satisfied with the whole experience.
