From talking on the phone, to the estimator (Brandie)coming out, and right through the install we were extremely happy with all the people we dealt with. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Both Nolan and Jordan did an excellent job. Everything was explained to us clearly and we were encouraged to call if we had any questions in the future. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment from our air conditioner.

We had two men pack for us 2 days ahead of time. They did an excellent job. They were courteous, professional, efficient and it was obvious they enjoyed their job. They really helped to alleviate the stress of our first move in 39 years. AND NOTHING WAS BROKEN! We then had 4 men do the physical move for us. Again, they were courteous, professional, extremely efficient and lots of fun. They took all the stress out of the move for us. They put everything where we asked them to in our brand new home and were very careful to not damage anything. This was the first time we ever used a professional moving company and we cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was. Highland Moving and Storage Ltd. Edmonton ROCKS!!!
