Scheduled an in home estimate from Romaniuk as one of three contractors I was requesting bids from. Two of the contract companies showed up on time and Brandi was one of them. Brandi was very courteous, professional and methodical. He considered heat loss/gain and square footage size in his determination of what size of AC unit my house would require. What Brandi didn't know at the time was I was already aware of sizing and what brand I wanted, but he provided information on three different models from Lennox and excellent pricing. Brandi scheduled the installation on April 18th and Nolan and Steve phoned in the morning prior to the installation. Steve and Nolan arrived on time when they were scheduled to come to site. They also were very professional and took significant pride in their workmanship. They explained each step of their installation as I watched with curiosity and answered all of my questions. After the install was complete, Nolan walked me through everything from the cooling coils to the condenser and showed me how to control all of the cooling and heating requirements of the house. I was very impressed with the overall job and I feel that Brandi, Nolan and Steve represented Romaniuk very well. I would not hesitate to contact them again for my next installation or service.
