Fantastic experience working with Top Notch Renovations. It was a pleasure from the project's inception to completion. Alex's advice was always on point. They finished within the quoted timeline and budget. Alex and his team are reliable, accountable and well priced for the quality of the work. The transformation of our old run down bathroom into the state of the art design, is remarkable. Last but not least, he has an incredible eye for detail and we will hire him for many future renovations, without a doubt.

I would recommend Top Notch Renovations any day. Alex and his team were incredibly professional. We had decided to remove a wall between my kitchen and dining room. The wall was a supporting wall. I needed to have full confidence that the team doing this knew what they were doing and would make sure the second floor of my house would not fall through and that the beams lined up with the basement beams. The project required supporting the upper floor and installing a large and heavy support beam. They were superb and managed the surprises along the way with fantastic problem solving skills. Our house is from the 1930's and you will never know what you get until you start taking it apart. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result.

Alex and his team came in and did a small reno to 3 rooms of our house by taking out closets, adjusting electrical lights and outlets, painting and flooring to prep for some custom closet installation by a third party.

They were prompt, efficient and congenial in all aspects of the work.

We bought a house and hired Top Notch Renovations to finish the basement. The work was excellent and the quality noticeably high. We ended up expanding the project to include entire house re-painting, interlocking driveway paving, patio reinforcement and other smaller projects around the house. Alex and his team always did the best job to our complete satisfaction.
When consulting about design and unforeseen issues that arose during the renovation, we always felt that Alex suggested what's best for us and not necessarily best/easiest for him.

We hired Top Notch to completely renovate a house built in the early 1980s. That included demolition, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, all floors, all windows, all plumbing and electrical, heating and air conditioning, a wood burning fireplace, new staircase plus a new deck. Although we knew what we wanted, we definitely needed a good deal of professional advice and opinion every step of the way. Alex and his team were definitely the right choice for such a serious undertaking. The house turned out much better than we originally planned and major improvements to our plans were implemented at very reasonable costs.
No doubt will ask Top Notch for a quote for any renovation in the future and with confidence recommend the company to anyone looking for a professional and responsible contractor.​

We refreshed and renovated an older condo for sale, Alex and the boys did a great job, they were responsive , had great ideas and worked with me to get it in the market quickly and looking great!
