I would recommend Top Notch Renovations any day. Alex and his team were incredibly professional. We had decided to remove a wall between my kitchen and dining room. The wall was a supporting wall. I needed to have full confidence that the team doing this knew what they were doing and would make sure the second floor of my house would not fall through and that the beams lined up with the basement beams. The project required supporting the upper floor and installing a large and heavy support beam. They were superb and managed the surprises along the way with fantastic problem solving skills. Our house is from the 1930's and you will never know what you get until you start taking it apart. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result.

Razzaq of Marsh Pest Control was absolutely fantastic. I had a raccoon infested garage. I hired a junk removal company to first take out everything (it was packed), Razzaq then came in and did a full vaccuum clean out of the space, disinfected, sealed up all openings (even helping with some carpentry work) and sprayed. He was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout. I would really recommend him to anyone dealing with pest or raccoon issues.

Ray and Shane were fantastic. I had a garage full of stuff that had been taken over by raccoons. I needed everything removed, 80% of it junked and then the remaining put back into the garage after pest control came to disinfect and seal the garage. They also took down a large fort in the backyard. They were fast, professional and very acomodating. The price was very fair for the work that was done. I would highly recommend them for any demolition and removal job.

Erick was excellent at cleaning and repairing the eavestroughs of our house. They were badly in need if attention and he did a thorough job. I appreciated that he was quick to respond to my request, provided a quote upfront without seeing the place and was on time to do the job. He was very honest when he accidentally over charged me by $5 on the invoice and asked me to not pay that extra. An honest and hardworking guy.
