Streamline Plumbing And Heating

Unfortunalty we had our furnace go down a couple nights ago. After using Streamline once before they were first on my mind to call again. It was after supper so I was hoping someone would answer! Lucky us within 2 hours the tech has the furnace up for the night and back the next morning with replacement parts. Thanks Streamline!

Reliable and Responsible - this is how I would describe Streamline Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

My experience:

I engaged Streamline to install a brand new water softener system and RO unit. Their plumber, Eugene, came on time (not even a 1 minute late!) on the designated date and completed the work in the time he said it would take to complete. The softener system needed to be programmed before use. I did this a couple of days later. When I ran the regeneration cycle for the first time, I noticed that the plumbing was leaking during the regeneration cycle. I reported this to Streamline and Eugene was back in my basement and fixed the leak. No issues thus far.

When getting this types of work done, it is important that the contractor assure you of support and ensure that the work is addressed timely and correctly. This is what I got. I believe I can rely on Streamline for plumbing jobs, whenever I need support, in future. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent company to deal with. I picked out a toilet I was interested in replacing my old toilet. I chose the American standard champion model. Mike came right on time as per my scheduled appointment. He was quick, knowledgable and professional with the replacement. No colpaints here, well done streamline!

Old toilet not flushing properly and flushing slowly. The plumber came and surveyed the problem and installed a new toilet in the same day. Now it uses less water than the old 1970s model and works well. However, while he was removing the old toilet water gushed out and leaked through the floor to the ceiling below. So we have a mess to clean up downstairs.

Streamline moved some duct work in our basement so that the bulkhead would be smaller. Super happy with their work.

I called Streamline on a weekend after my sump pump stopped working. One of the technicians came out and was able to tell me the problem. He also recommend I install a battery back up Incase the power ever goes out. I had the battery back up installed the next week. I was very impressed with the timing and concern they had for myself and my home.

Great job brazing copper fittings gets it done quick with great quality never had a problem with leaks would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs work done
