The repairman was punctual, showing up as promised, and quickly identified and fixed the problem - a loose wire. The gentleman was polite and professional. Would definitely call City Appliance again.

I called yesterday and asked for a quote on my washer that kept on coming up as OE error on my LG washer Mohinder knew exactly what the problem was and told me he could be there the next day. He came early and was very nice and professional and got right to work and took it all apart in 10 minutes and he even had the part that was broken in his truck which was great! He fixed it and got it working and even asked me to come and take a look at it while it was running to show me that it worked. I would recommend him to anyone that needed appliances fixed he was quick and efficient. He also gave me some really good tips on making my washer last me longer. Thank you!

The owner who checked our dishwasher was very knowledgeable (35 years experience) and gave us additional information on other brands and the problems associated with some of them. Didn't charge extra for a Saturday call.

City Appliance fixed my 10-year-old refrigerator quickly and effectively. I thought for sure I would need a new one when it stopped working. I phoned the company and the serviceman promised to come in 2 hours and he did. He was very thorough, neat, friendly, and got the job done. I thought the price was very fair, too. I would definitely recommend this appliance service company to others.

We were left in a bind when Home Depot neglected to schedule the installation of our dishwasher as requested. Mr. Sagoo came within a matter of a few hours to help us out with no notice, on a Saturday, no less. Kind, courteous and very professional - would highly recommend.

The service from City Appliance is fantastic. Very courteous and timely and what I believe to be very fair pricing. Care was given to check over the entire cooling system on my refrigerator as well as tested after the repairs were done. I would not hesitate to call or recommend City Appliance anytime.

Very courteous and prompt. Called, was told he would call me back in 15-20 minutes and he did so. I described the issue with my clothes dryer, and he said he could fix the issue and could come in 30 minutes. They arrived on-time (the proprietor and an additional technician) confirmed with me a price for the repair, and commenced to fix the problem within the hour. He cleaned my dryer of a build-up of lint as well, thus reducing a fire hazard. Overall I am very satisfied with this company, the service, and will now make this company my default solution for all of my appliance repair needs. In my experience, a trustworthy and competent repair service is both rare and valuable. Unreservedly recommended.

M. Sagoo called ahead. Showed up on time. Very professional. Polite. Listened to the dishwasher and knew right away that the pump was broken. Quickly fixed it was done in less than an hour.

My gas oven was not lighting. The gas would build up and then 2 minutes later there would be a loud WHOOSH and it would finally ignite.....not a safe situation. I called City Appliance and they said they should come the following day. Even though he was late he called to explain the delay and gave me an estimate as to when he would arrive. When he came, he had the parts with him already and fixed the problem in about 15 minute. Great service. A job well done.
