Called City Appliance first thing in the morning and spoke to the owner and couple hours later he came out and fixed my fridge, replaced parts. Excellent service, very professional, and fast! Worth every dollar. Highly recommended!

Called for them to come repair my washing machine which I already knew needed a new water valve. Came promptly and did good work but paying $175 for a part I see online is $50 plus $75 service fee plus $50 labour was ridiculous. Felt completely ripped off. Will not use them again.

My dryer started leaving brown streaks on my whites. I called M. Sagoo and explained the problem and he identified what needed to be replaced. He ordered the replacement drum, and had it installed very quickly! And he cleaned up all the lint build up and even identified where a spark had almost ignited because of all the lint. I learned a very valuable lesson today. I am also having him repair my refrigerator in the new year. I am extremely pleased with M. Sagoo. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and I would highly recommend him!

Our fridge went down early in the evening. I called City Appliance at 8.30 pm and Mr. Sagoo offered to come right away but I said it could wait till the morning. First thing in the morning he was at our door. He accessed the problem that the compressor was gone gave me a quote which I accepted and even had a new one with him.
Fridge is working great and cheaper than buying a new one.
Good service costs money and City Appliance is worth it!

We called City Appliance in the evening about our washer's broken water pump. They came the next day, diagnosed and repaired it within 20mins. Very efficient and affordable. Great service.

I called at approx 11:00am to request a repair of my washing machine. A repair man called and said he would arrive approx 1pm. He showed up, with the part he anticipated needed and had the replacement done and tested in great time. The repair comes with a 90 warranty. He was timely, courteous and knowledgable. They are my go to service company now. THANK YOU!!!!

The technician was able to quickly resolved the problem which is lack of freon gas. To fix the internal leaks will cost more than the fridge according to the technician, so hopefully this will last for at least 2 years if not I have to purchase a new fridge because the cost of charging the freon is quiet steep. My advice is to buy 5 years extended warranty. My fridge is only 1 1/2 year old without extended warranty.

I have been looking for someone to repair my dryer for over a week. No one was returning my call, luckily I found City Appliance this morning and they came this afternoon to fix my dryer! Effcient, great service, and reliable and they work on Saturday! Will recommend to anyone!
