Ont D.S. restored rebuilt and shingled my roof to a level of excellence beyond the original and beyond my expectations... professional high quality excellent work. The owner who is an expert in this field was on the site all day, everyday, identifying and solving problems resulting in the highest quality and most cost effective results. All of his team members were highly professional and competent courteous and paid great attention to detail. The area was spotless after cleanup . My neighbours and bystanders when they saw the high quality work on the roof asked for the company info. I would highly recommend them.

Our eaves were very old, as were our downspouts, and causing dangerous conditions in the winter as they leaked and made our path around our home very icy. Additionally, we were having water leaking into the basement from the lack of efficiency of our eaves/downspout system with all of the rain this spring. From the moment I contacted Ontario Downspout Service I knew that they were the best. I received a competitive quote from owner Harvey and when Mark came out to view the work, he also (accurately) speculated about additional costs that could be associated with our job due to the age and state of the eaves. This way, there were no surprises when the eaves were removed and substantial damage and rot was found as he anticipated and my husband and I were prepared for the extent of the work. Mark and Hector did an excellent job walking us through their process for fixing and replacing the soffit and fascia, as well as consulted with us on the aesthetic for the work and where we would prefer to have the downspouts placed based on the slope of our land. Their clean up of the ground around our home was also excellent. I will have them back in the future to do further repairs to our roof and chimney and would highly recommend them.

Mark was referred to me and called the same day. He came to give me a written estimate that afternoon and spent time measuring and colour matching the new material, he was very thorough. His lovely dog Farfal accompanied him and that sealed the deal:) Mark and his colleague came the next day to install the new eaves troughs. They did a great job, the colour was perfect and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

We had a leak through to a wall inside. Mark & his team arrived when promised. They cleaned the eavestroughs and replaced the one where the leak occurred. I would hire them again.

We contacted Harvey and Mark because a downspout came down in the high wind. They were amazingly pleasant and easy to deal with from the first call. Mark arrived exactly on time and the work was done quickly, neatly and as promised. They even put on some extra brackets to secure the downspout without being asked. We'd certainly use them again.
