I needed to redirect my downspouts. They came and looked and three days later the work was done.

Mark and his crew replaced the eaves on our home downtown Toronto. Communication with the company was very good. After speaking to Mark's father by phone, Mark stopped by to take a look at our home and provide a quote. It was immediately obvious that Mark was very knowledgeable and committed to doing the job right. Since the replacement of our eaves was not urgent, we locked in for the next available opening (a month or two later). On the day of the job, Mark and his crew were very punctual. Mark showed us what would be done and they got to it. Some additional work was required due to extremely rotten fascia and poor workmanship from previous contractors, however, the team still got everything done within the day: a 10-hour day (they cleaned up in the dark) and one of our first really cold ones. Mark went the extra mile to attempt to repair a problematic area in our flat roof. All members of the crew were friendly and polite. Our property was spotless after they left. We would definitely recommend hiring Ontario Downspout Service.

Mark and his team did an excellent job with our roof installation! Leading up to the install, Mark and Harvey took the time to answer our questions and, more importantly, provided sound, level-headed and honest advice for something that we had little previous experience with. They explained to us the different options available as well as the characteristics of the shingle we would be receiving, together with the particulars of the warranty.

On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time (early even!); Mark was on site from the start and throughout the day. Before unloading anything, they took care to communicate what they would be doing, ensuring that our property (and our neighbours') would be protected during the removal of the old shingles. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, and I felt a lot of confidence knowing the Mark was on-site throughout while we were not. The job was finished in a timely way, and the quality of the work was excellent. When I arrived home, although I'm sure there was a lot of mess, the driveway and surrounding area were honestly cleaner than when I left it. There were countless ways that Mark and his team went above and beyond; for example, a part of our soffit was hanging loose and I pointed it out to one of the roofers just asking them if they could check it out; when I got home, I saw that it was re-secured in place perfectly.

Home renovations can be stressful, so it was really important for us to work with someone who we felt we could trust and rely on. We got that and more - from the start, we felt like Mark treated our home like it was his own. Thank you Mark, Harvey and the Ontario Downspout team!

I had used Mark in 2016 to do work on my own home and when I needed work to be done on my office, he was more than happy to oblige. He provided me with a written estimate, approximate date to start(one day delay due to rain) and arrive today, November 5, at 6:45am and was done by 10:45am. The work was very good, no mess to clean up, advised if there is an issue to call and he would fix it. Very nice crew to deal with.

I’ve waited to write this review to see how the work would hold up through a few downpours. Now for the good word: Ontario Downspout was super fast and very thorough! Judging from all the positive reviews on Homestars, I figured that I couldn’t go wrong to give them a call. I’m glad that I did. They were in the next day! and went the extra mile to replace not only the eavestroughs but also the fascia board, fascia and soffit and other troublesome downspouts. Mark was very upfront about additional costs. They earned ever dollar. I am very grateful.

I originally called Ontario Downspout Service to replace my eavestrough. I explained other work I needed including a flat roof and skylight replacement. The work done was on time and on quote.
