I had been shopping around for an HVAC company to install a system into a cottage which was previously heated by a fireplace. Brandon and his team by far stood out from the other HVAC trades in Huntsville. He responded to my enquiry quickly, booked an appointment to come give a quote. He arrived when he said he would (oddly enough in Mukoka, that alone is a huge surprise), and gave the most competitive quote we had revived to date. The install went great and 4 months later I am still as happy as day 1. I highly recommend Brandon and the AARC team.

Long overdue testimonial, however I will submit as it is important to acknowledge and credit exceptional service to those who provide it. I purchased a Payne furnace from ARCC Oct 2013. Brian was knowledgeable about the product, an installation date was agreed on and the job was complete within the week efficiently, on time and tidy, clean up. This fall, I called for routine furnace maintenance and service was done same day, offering to deliver 4 filters for the year and already set up to be notified for next years maintenance. What more could you ask for? Brian is professional, accommodating, answering any questions I had and service is very reasonably priced. I would recommend ARCC, Payne furnace and we are completely satisfied. Many thanks for a job well done and friendly service.

The furnace was ok, but the service (installation, warranty and rebate) was terrible. The installation come with no air filter and has a lot of holes for the hot air to escape, I was lucky to get the installer to come one more time to fix some major holes (more 3"). No joins and junctions were taped. There are still lot of hot air escapes, I need to taped it everything myself.

The level of service at A.R.C.C. Mechanical is unbelievable. Having been a customer for many years, I am always impressed by the professionalism of every staff member I have come in contact with. The owner Brandon is very knowledgable and experienced. Thank you for the wonderful service
