Long overdue testimonial, however I will submit as it is important to acknowledge and credit exceptional service to those who provide it. I purchased a Payne furnace from ARCC Oct 2013. Brian was knowledgeable about the product, an installation date was agreed on and the job was complete within the week efficiently, on time and tidy, clean up. This fall, I called for routine furnace maintenance and service was done same day, offering to deliver 4 filters for the year and already set up to be notified for next years maintenance. What more could you ask for? Brian is professional, accommodating, answering any questions I had and service is very reasonably priced.
