This is the second time we get Antonio to inspect a home for us, the first time was for prepurchase 2 years ago. We obviously thought he was great to use his services again. Antonio on both occasions was extremely punctual, thorough and both times he provided with detailed reports. He was able to find the smallest things and gave us amazing tips on how to maintain our home. He was a pleasure to deal with and he gladly answered all our questions. I would highly recommend getting his services for any type of home inspections and I'll definitely contact him again if I need any homes inspected. Was happy with the cost both times and find that it was worth every penny.

I found Tony to be very knowledgeable,professional and friendly. He also took the time to know the names of his clients. He was available on short notice and his inspection was very detailed. He didn't take any short cuts and took his time to complete the work. He explained each step he was taking and pointed out any deficiency that he observed. He took pictures of the deficiency and circled it in the report. His report was electronic and emailed to us the same day. I have purchased several homes over the years and I have never been impressed with the home inspector, Tony has changed my opinion about home inspectors. I would highly recommend his services .

Tony inspected our house we were in the process of buying. Through his review he was able to let us know of a leak and some areas in the attic that would cause molding if it is not fixed. The home owner saw a drop of water drip from the ceiling and spoke to the builder who said it was just condensation. Both the current homeowner and myself are happy Tony was able to find the problem so it can be fixed while the house is still under warranty.

Tony was very thorough while completing the inspection of our new house. I am very pleased and would definitely refer him to anyone!
